Our idyllic mountain farm is located in the middle of the breathtaking mountain world at an altitude of 1310 m, in the picturesque village of Vellau, above Algund. The journey takes you along a charming mountain road, which leads you to an oasis of peace and nature after just 10 km. The farm itself sits enthroned in a sunny, quiet spot and offers a magnificent view of the surrounding mountain landscape, which provides spectacular panoramas in all four directions.
Anyone who comes here will find the perfect place to enjoy their precious vacation days to the full. Whether you opt for a challenging hike to the Spronser Lakes or the Tschigat, take a leisurely stroll to the Leiter Alm or the Hochmuth, or simply lie in the sun and take in the peaceful panorama - there is something for everyone here.
Nevertheless, you can be in the spa town of Merano in just 20 minutes by car, where a stroll through the alleyways or a visit to the thermal baths awaits you.
Our farm is not only a retreat, but also an experience for the whole family. Experience life on a fully managed farm with lots of animals, where you can get up close and personal with nature.

It is with great pleasure that we invite you to experience authentic farm life up close on our farm. Let yourself be enchanted by the unique atmosphere and discover the small wonders of everyday life on a mountain farm. Become friends with our loving animals and help us look after them - be it feeding or caring for them. We particularly welcome volunteers to help collect eggs, where you can immerse yourself directly in the morning or evening work in the barn. And perhaps you can also help with the hay harvest to experience farm life even more intensively.
Whether small or large animals, they are all happy to be lovingly stroked and give you a piece of idyllic farm life.
