Our cows give their fresh hay milk with great dedication - a true taste experience where you can immediately feel what is in this valuable milk.
Our pigs still live the life they deserve - they are allowed to wallow in the open air. This freedom gives our bacon, smoked sausages and traditional house sausages an unmistakably authentic taste.
Our sheep, which roam freely in our meadows in both winter and summer, provide us with the tender, aromatic meat for tender roast lamb and juicy chops that melt in the mouth.
Our happy flock of chickens enjoy going outside in all weathers and provide us with a variety of fresh eggs - ideal for our popular dumplings, egg noodles, the classic Kaiserschmarrn and many other delicious dishes that we are happy to serve you.
The bees on our farm are our smallest, but perhaps most valuable helpers. They only fly to the best flowers to produce our mountain honey - a sweet temptation that carries the magic of the mountains in every drop.
We also conjure up jam, syrup and fresh juices from the fruits of our garden, bringing the taste of summer to your glass all year round.
Our fruit and vegetables thrive according to the season and are tended with dedication, so that you always get the best of the best.

Enjoy our lovingly prepared breakfasts all year round - without any restrictions or hustle and bustle. Whether on our sunny terrace or in your spacious vacation apartment, take your time to enjoy it in peace. The fresh breakfast basket is ready for you from 07:30 - right outside your apartment door to give you the perfect start to the day.
